I am a seasoned Finance Leader with over 30 years of industry experience across manufacturing, IT start-ups, public listed companies, and multinational corporations. Over the years, I have held senior leadership positions including Assistant General Manager – Management Audit, Financial Controller, CFO, Associate Vice President – Finance & Accounts, and Head – Mergers & Acquisitions. I have managed large, diversified business groups operating across multiple geographies and product lines, leading finance transformation, global integration, capital structuring, and enterprise growth. My Core Expertise Mergers & Acquisitions: I have successfully completed 16 M&A transactions, including 6 overseas acquisitions. I have seamlessly integrated cross-border entities, transitioned acquired companies into Strategic Business Units (SBUs), and ensured financial, operational, and cultural alignment. Post-Merger Leadership: Three of the companies I served were acquired, and the acquirer retained me to lead as CFO of the merged entity — a reflection of the strategic value and continuity I bring to organisations. Capital Raising & Financial Structuring: I have raised funds through FCCB, ECB, structured debt, preferential allotments, and strategic investors. I design capital structures that support scalability, stability, and long-term value creation. Global Transitions & Strategic Execution: I successfully implemented the Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT) model for a Fortune 100 company and managed complex IP transitions across geographies while maintaining regulatory and operational stability. Debt Restructuring & Financial Negotiation: I have led debt restructuring initiatives and negotiated effectively with financial institutions to reposition businesses during challenging phases.
